Privacy Policy

How We Protect Your Privacy

At StableManager.ae (operated by Paradigm Shift FZE), we are committed to safeguarding your privacy while providing our SaaS platform for equestrian stables and clubs. Our services help System stables, clubs manage operations and interact with End Users (clients, riders, students, and horse livery tenants). We collect data essential for delivering these services, ensuring security, and complying with regulations.

This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we use it. We process data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and relevant international standards, such as GDPR for users in applicable regions.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data primarily when you register, use our services, or interact with our website. Other data is gathered through service interactions.

Account & Contact Data: When you register as a System User, request a demo, or subscribe to modules (e.g., Client Interaction System, Horse Management), you provide details such as your name, company name (stable/club), email address, and sometimes phone number, postal address (for billing or delivery), business sector, and a personal password.

We do not store credit card information; payments are handled by trusted third-party PCI-DSS-compliant processors like Stripe for secure, recurring transactions.

Browser Data: When visiting our website or accessing services, we detect your browser language, geolocation, and device details to customize your experience. Servers log IP address, visit time/date, accessed pages, browser version, and referring website for statistical, security, and legal purposes.

Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, relying on browser heuristics and cookies (see Google's Privacy Policy in Third-Party Service Providers).

Customer Databases: As a System User, data you upload or enter into your modular instance (e.g., rider profiles, horse records, bookings, health reports) belongs to you. This may include personal information like names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, horse details, and payment records. We process this on your behalf and do not access it unless needed for support or legal reasons.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized data on how you interact with the platform (e.g., module activations, session bookings) to improve services.

We do not collect sensitive data like racial/ethnic origins, political opinions, or health details beyond what's necessary for equestrian management (e.g., horse health logs you input).

How We Use This Information

Account & Contact Data: Used to provide services, respond to inquiries, manage subscriptions, and handle billing. We may send marketing emails (with opt-out options) and analyze trends in aggregated form.

If you request partner assistance, we may share your name, email, phone, and company name with local equestrian partners for support.

Browser Data: Anonymously analyzed to enhance services and security. Correlated with personal data only for legal compliance or if our Acceptable Use Policy is violated.

Customer Databases: Processed solely to deliver your subscribed modules (e.g., enabling bookings, notifications, reports). Our support team may access data limitedly for troubleshooting, at your request, or for security/legal purposes. You retain full ownership and control.

Usage Data: Helps us optimize the platform, detect issues, and ensure modular efficiency.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes beyond what's stated here.

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience:

·         Essential Cookies: For session management and security.

·         Functional Cookies: To remember preferences like language.

·         Analytics Cookies: Anonymized tracking of site usage (e.g., via Google Analytics).

Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Your Personal Information

You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data:

Account & Contact Data: Log in to your account to update details. To delete, contact us at info@stablemanager.ae; we'll process requests promptly, retaining data only for legal reasons (e.g., billing records).

Customer Databases: Manage data directly in your admin portal. Export full backups or request database deletion via your control panel. You're responsible for complying with privacy laws in your use.

Browser and Usage Data: Contact us for access or deletion requests.

We retain backups for safety (up to 30 days after deletion from live systems) but do not access them routinely.

·         Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

·         Multi-tenant isolation to separate user data.

·         Access controls, regular audits, and firewalls.
